Mentoring you through your marketing plan

This involves a series of regular meetings to:

Help and guide you to stay on track.
Maintain a monitoring and evaluation role.

This series of half-day meetings will be spread over a couple of months or longer
to help, advise and coach you to create your own marketing plan.

Meeting I

Presentation of “Gimme some of that marketing stuff”.
Discussion and coaching on marketing background and audit.
Documentation for Strategic Business planning-The Market Audit.
Accessing research (DTI and Keynote). Useful Web sites list.

Meeting 2

Go over results of audit. Determine objectives and targets integrating with
Business Plan.

Meeting 3

Agree objectives and targets. Define customer proposition, competitive advantage
or USP.

Meeting 4

Review previous work. Develop strategy, looking at options and approaches.
Integrate activities.
Discuss need for outside assistance and prepare brief. Access suppliers.

Meeting 5

Agree plan, budgets and schedule of activities.

Meeting 6 (a few months later)

Evaluate action plan and results and fine-tune.
